MakeIt_edu

This is is the educational version of MakeIt, a minimal environment for developing and running rule-based, object-oriented expert systems.

Runs under Windows '95,  NT and later versions.

The addressed users are students and other persons interested in learning the principles of expert systems & knowledge-based systems without needing any background in Artificial Intelligence or Software Developement.

Learning with MakeIt can be characterized as 'learning by engineering' (not simply 'learning by doing').

A Tutorial guides the user through a set of 7 exercises and allows to learn using MakeIt and developing expert systems in 30-60 minutes.
